This process involves Forward Janesville staff and leadership taking a 360-degree look at all the things we do and making alterations where needed. The result will be a more efficient and effective organization that is laser-focused on deliverables for you, our members. Currently, we are examining five focus areas of our work: membership engagement and services; economic development; government relations; workforce education and assistance; and community partnerships. The next step is to develop operating plans for each of these areas that will guide staff and volunteers going forward.
