Ambassadors of Forward Janesville are invaluable stewards of retention. Each year they conduct the Membership Matters Campaign, focusing on retention by reaching out to their assigned member businesses. They remind FJI members that they are appreciated and their feedback is important! Recruitment is just as crucial and necessary. New members and new ideas revitalize, refresh, and breathe new life into program and events. As a result,Carol Engebreston, Events & Membership Coordinator has been working with Ambassador Denise Webb of Hagen CPA to organize a Recruitment TEAM made up of six ambassadors, two board members, and two members-at-large. Together, we hope to plan and carry out a recruitment effort to continually inform local businesses about the benefits of belonging to Forward Janesville.
