AMBASSADOR PROFILE DAN NEAL Regional Construction Manager, Ahern FJI Ambassador/Social Chair • WHY DID YOU JOIN THE FJI AMBASSADORS? To be able to join a group of ambitious volunteers and learn more about what Janesville “happenings” are going on. I wanted to find a way to give back to our wonderful community in a role that is as impactful as possible with the time I have to offer. • WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH IN THIS ROLE? Find and meet people along the way who need support and help me challenge myself. I really like to see progressive change, and the FJI platform has opened my eyes to the personal and professional needs of our community. I look forward to seeing our non-profits grow and support the causes they are affiliated with. This community is important to me and my two children, and I hope in some small way I can help continue to bring the good that’s been and continues to happen each and every day. • BEST QUALITY: I show up when needed. • WORST HABIT: Washing my clothes inside out; now my kids do it and it’s a pain to turn them right side out. • WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY WORK: The people that I work with and their passion for constant improvement.
