Services are hands-on instructional and focused on skill development. Community Employment On-site Prevocational We offer specialized expertise to address behavioral needs such as aggression, self-injury, tantrums, and other challenges. Make informed choices about work, avoiding overpayments, managing changes in bene昀ts, maintaining health coverage, and knowing how to use appropriate work incentives. Our Adult Family Homes are licensed residential assisted living houses providing 24/7 care for up to four residents per home. CSL offers varying levels of supervision to meet the needs of our participants in their own home, apartment setting, or anywhere they are living where they might bene昀t from these services. We provide job planning, development, and placement services for adults with disabilities or adults who experience barriers to employment. Prevocational Training services offer center-based and community-based experiences where a person can develop general non-job task-speci昀c strengths and skills. 18 • W W W .
